Terms and Conditions

The RecentFollowFinder service is offered by RecentFollowFinder, contact email [email protected](hereinafter, the “Provider”).

These General Terms (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern use of the RecentFollowFinder website and the purchase of coins through it. Using the service or placing an order constitutes full acceptance of the Terms.

RecentFollowFinder looks up an Instagram account and returns its most recent follows and followers, ordered newest-first. The service has two modes:

• Public search — free, no account required. The Provider reads information the account already publishes to anyone.
• Private check — available only to a signed-in user who has connected their own Instagram session, and only for accounts that session already follows. Each check costs one coin.

The Provider does not bypass, break, or circumvent Instagram's privacy settings. A private check can never return anything the user could not already see when logged into their own Instagram account.

To buy coins or run a private check the user must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts. Registration requires a valid email address, verified by a one-time link or code, or a Google account. Public search requires no registration.

• The user signs in and chooses a coin pack.
• Payment is made in advance through Stripe.
• Coins are credited to the account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• One coin is spent per private check. Coins do not expire, are not transferable, and have no cash value outside the service.

The contract is formed when the Provider confirms receipt of payment. Invoices may be requested at [email protected].

Prices are those published on the website at the time of the order and include applicable taxes. Coin packs are one-time purchases: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payment is made by card through the Stripe gateway; the Provider does not store full card details.

Coins are digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium and delivered immediately. By confirming the order and clicking the payment button, the user expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost in respect of coins that have already been spent.

Unspent coins: the user may request a refund of any unspent coins within 14 days of purchase by writing to [email protected]. The refunded coins are removed from the balance.

A coin is only meant to pay for a check that could actually return data. Accordingly:

• If a check returns nothing because the connected session does not follow the account, the coin is returned to the balance automatically.
• If the connected Instagram session has expired, the coin is returned and the user is asked to reconnect.
• If a check fails for technical reasons not attributable to the user, the coin is returned. If it cannot be, the user is entitled to a refund of the corresponding amount.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time and are addressed at [email protected].

The user warrants and expressly declares that they will:

• Use the service for lawful purposes only, and not to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against any person.
• Connect only an Instagram session belonging to an account they personally own and are authorised to use — never one obtained from another person, by purchase, or by any other means.
• Not attempt to circumvent the privacy settings of any Instagram account, nor use the service to obtain data they are not entitled to see.
• Not automate, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its results, nor attempt to exceed the request limits in place.
• Comply with any applicable data protection obligations when they re-use information about identifiable people obtained through the service.

The user is solely responsible for the use they make of the results and shall hold the Provider harmless against any claim arising from breach of these obligations.

Connecting an Instagram session is entirely optional and is required only for private checks. By connecting it, the user instructs the Provider to use that session on their behalf, for the checks they request and for nothing else.

The user acknowledges that accessing Instagram through third-party software may be contrary to Meta's own terms of use, that Meta may invalidate a session or restrict an account at its discretion, and that they accept that risk. The session can be disconnected at any time from the account menu, which deletes the stored credential.

All content on the website (texts, logos, source code, graphic design, trademarks, and other distinctive signs) belongs to the Provider or to third parties who have authorised its use. The results of a search consist of information belonging to Instagram and its users; the Provider claims no rights over it and grants none.

RecentFollowFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service depends on third-party providers (Instagram's own endpoints, payments, hosting, database). The Provider will make every reasonable effort to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the completeness or accuracy of data returned by Instagram. Result lists may be capped for performance reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific order giving rise to the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequences arising from the use the user makes of the information obtained. This limitation does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

The Provider may suspend or cancel an account, without right to refund, in the event of a serious breach of these Terms — in particular harassment, use of a session the user does not own, automated abuse, or attempts to circumvent request limits. Accounts with an open payment dispute may be frozen until it is resolved.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

For any query or complaint, contact [email protected]. Complaints are addressed within a maximum of one month. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Provider may modify the Terms for legal or commercial reasons. The version that applies is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of the user's place of residence when acting as a consumer.
